Welcome!

Welcome—I’m glad you’re here.

This blog is devoted to helping us navigate everyday life through the lens of Scripture, not only exploring what the Bible teaches, but also how to live it out in practical, meaningful ways.

I bring decades of experience studying the Word of God and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical and Theological Studies. Through years of study and reflection, I’ve come to see our lives as much like a building. The foundation is Jesus Christ Himself and His Word. Scripture tells us that He is the Word of God (John 1:1–4).

Upon that foundation rest seven pillars—seven core areas of life—firmly established on truth (Matthew 7:24–29). These pillars are: spirit, soul (mental and emotional health), body, relationships, work, finances, and rest. Together, they provide strength and stability, enabling us to withstand life’s challenges while creating a space where growth, healing, and purpose can flourish.

The roof represents God’s covering—His grace, favor, and blessing that protects us in a fallen world. I also envision the Holy Spirit actively moving throughout the entire structure, bringing insight, connection, life, and loving correction.

This blog will explore each of these areas from both theological and psychological perspectives. My hope is that you will leave not only with deeper understanding, but also with practical tools you can apply to your daily life.

Thank you for stopping by. I invite you to return regularly as new content is added.
